Dakhla-Morocco:The new pearl of the Atlantic Ocean


Dakhla is a town in southern Morocco, region of Oued Ed-Dahab-Lagouira. An exceptional location on the Morocco's Atlantic coast, by Gulf of Dakhla, on the peninsula of Rio de Oro, which spans 40 km along the coast.

Its geographical position is about thirty kilometers north of the Tropic Cancer, a milder climate than that of Havana, Canton or Hawaii with exceptional landscapes.

Dakhla is currently the new global "trend spot" for Kitesurfers and surfing and all winter sports, all in a natural top scenery dominated by a magnificent lagoon with turquoise waters.

It is also an ecosystem awarded to be an international heritage, ​​because it is hosting thousands of migratory birds including the famous pink flamingos, the bay is home to the world's largest monachus seal population. Its waters are frequented by rays and humpback dolphins.
